Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another eligible industry professional. Please notify the organisers in advance with the new attendee's details.

This event is exclusively for professionals working within the hair, beauty, aesthetics, barbering and tattoo industries. We reserve the right to cancel and refund tickets purchased by members of the general public or those outside these industries.

Admission is only valid with a confirmed ticket.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

Photography and videography may take place during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you would prefer not to appear in any promotional content, please let a member of the team know on arrival.

Parking at the venue is limited. We recommend using the nearby town centre car parks or travelling by train where possible.

A food truck and drinks van will be available outside the venue throughout the event.

The charity raffle is in support of Endometriosis UK. 100% of raffle proceeds will be donated to the charity. Raffle tickets are cash only.
